In the mining sector, one of Brazil\u2019s most impor\u00adtant indus\u00adtrial pil\u00adlars, Pilz Brazil is set\u00adting new stan\u00addards for safe automa\u00adtion. In a large-scale project with one of the coun\u00adtry\u2019s biggest mining com\u00adpa\u00adnies, a com\u00adpany-wide policy doc\u00adu\u00adment was pro\u00adduced, which defines the offi\u00adcial machinery safety require\u00adments for all sites. Building on this, Pilz Brazil was awarded a nation\u00adwide con\u00adtract for risk assess\u00adment and safety design, under which sev\u00aderal thou\u00adsand machines have already been recorded, assessed, doc\u00adu\u00admented and inte\u00adgrated into struc\u00adtured com\u00adpli\u00adance processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to this sys\u00adtem\u00adatic and con\u00adtin\u00aduous devel\u00adop\u00adment of machinery and safety con\u00adcepts, Pilz Brazil has emerged as a glob\u00adally recog\u00adnised partner for safety in mining. The methods and results devel\u00adoped as part of the project are now also attracting atten\u00adtion in inter\u00adna\u00adtional mining projects \u2013 a tes\u00adta\u00adment to the tech\u00adnical, nor\u00adma\u00adtive and prac\u00adtical stan\u00addards Pilz pur\u00adsues in demanding indus\u00adtrial envi\u00adron\u00adments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
