Espe\u00adcially on com\u00adpact machinery: space is in short supply. The press brake is thus safe, even at very high speeds. \u201cThe simple han\u00addling, the high reli\u00ada\u00adbility and the resulting achiev\u00adable increase in pro\u00adduc\u00adtivity and machine avail\u00adability are the major rea\u00adsons why we have relied on the PSENvip pro\u00adtec\u00adtion system for the Xpert series for years,\u201d empha\u00adsises Karsten Trautvetter, respon\u00adsible for product man\u00adage\u00adment at Bystronic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Observer with precision values<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Close cus\u00adtomer con\u00adtact and knowl\u00adedge about cur\u00adrent needs and require\u00adments on the user side are con\u00adstant dri\u00advers of inno\u00adva\u00adtion at Bystronic. \u201cThe newly devel\u00adoped module for bending angle mea\u00adsure\u00adment from Pilz that is unique in this form and can be easily inte\u00adgrated in the camera-based pro\u00adtec\u00adtion system PSENvip 2 came at exactly the right time,\u201d states Karsten Trautvetter. \u00adPSENvip is par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlarly advan\u00adta\u00adgeous for small press brakes with short bending lengths and no room for any mea\u00adsuring equip\u00adment to be installed. The camera system is installed at the side on the upper die and deter\u00admines the mea\u00adsure\u00adment data; the bending angle module eval\u00adu\u00adates all deter\u00admined mea\u00adsure\u00adment data on the bending con\u00adtour of the sheet and pro\u00advides it to the machine visu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion via a stan\u00addard inter\u00adface. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The image data trans\u00admitted to the con\u00adtrol system directly shows the oper\u00adating per\u00adsonnel the cur\u00adrent angle mea\u00adsure\u00adment on the oper\u00adating dis\u00adplay during press braking. This enables a fast and effi\u00adcient check of the achieved bending angle. Labo\u00adrious manual mea\u00adsure\u00adments or expen\u00adsive angle mea\u00adsure\u00adment sys\u00adtems that take up space are not needed. With dynamic muting of the pro\u00adtec\u00adtion system PSENvip&nbsp;2 in com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion with the \u201cFast Analysis Unit\u201d, the upper tool dynam\u00adi\u00adcally reduces its speed to a min\u00adimum from the ini\u00adtial 300&nbsp;mm per second across a \u201cslow route\u201d.
