In prac\u00adtice, how\u00adever, there are some hur\u00addles for system sup\u00adpliers and inte\u00adgra\u00adtors to over\u00adcome. His\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcally, spe\u00adcific solu\u00adtions have been devel\u00adoped for the dif\u00adferent appli\u00adca\u00adtions. Thanks to its flex\u00adi\u00adbility and open\u00adness it has also been used in the railway sector for many years. To better sat\u00adisfy the par\u00adtic\u00adular require\u00adments of rail trans\u00adport, Pilz devel\u00adoped the system fur\u00adther and launched spe\u00adcial mod\u00adules with \u2011R (\u201cRailway\u201d) in the type descrip\u00adtion \u2013 which included spe\u00adcific railway approvals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group link-pilz with-head alignright align-outside is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>Expe\u00adri\u00adence PSS\u00adrail live<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pilz is exhibiting at Inno\u00adTrans 2024 in Berlin (24\u201327 Sep\u00adtember 2024):<br><strong>Hall 27, Stand 550<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>At Inno\u00adTrans 2024, Pilz will now be launching a new, safe and mod\u00adular railway con\u00adtrol system for the dig\u00adital railway. PSS\u00adrail has railway approval, meets safety require\u00adments up to SIL 4, is com\u00adpat\u00adible with the EULYNX stan\u00addard and is mod\u00adular, and there\u00adfore flex\u00adible to use. The inno\u00adv\u00ada\u00adtive char\u00adacter of PSS\u00adrail lies in the com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion of these func\u00adtions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It con\u00adsists of the actual con\u00adtroller, suit\u00adable for SIL 4, as well as var\u00adious hard\u00adware mod\u00adules, including a CAN module for simple inte\u00adgra\u00adtion of existing sys\u00adtems. PSS\u00adrail also has a soft\u00adware suite for pro\u00adgram\u00adming or con\u00adfig\u00adu\u00adra\u00adtion of user pro\u00adgrams. Railway-cer\u00adti\u00adfied func\u00adtion blocks are stored in a pro\u00adgram library, enabling simple, faster imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion. Thanks to this building-block prin\u00adciple, users can design their solu\u00adtions to suit their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>System sup\u00adpliers and inte\u00adgra\u00adtors can use PSS\u00adrail for the most varied sig\u00adnalling appli\u00adca\u00adtions, including elec\u00adtric locally oper\u00adated points or level cross\u00adings, as well as in dig\u00adital inter\u00adlock\u00adings.
