With our com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsive range of ser\u00advices in the retrofit area, for example, we sup\u00adport our cus\u00adtomers as they work towards greater resource con\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion and effi\u00adciency. The high quality stan\u00addard of our prod\u00aducts also means fewer returns and less scrap\u00adpage. How\u00adever, should a device be defec\u00adtive, we invite cus\u00adtomers to return it to us. Our Repair Centre staff check the extent to which the defec\u00adtive device can be re-used, either by repair or by exchanging indi\u00advidual com\u00adpo\u00adnents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on our inter\u00adna\u00adtional cli\u00admate accounting, we are defining appro\u00adpriate mea\u00adsures for reducing our green\u00adhouse gas emis\u00adsions to an absolute min\u00adimum.
