It con\u00adsists of sev\u00aderal work\u00adspaces and process areas, with nine pro\u00adcessing booths. In addi\u00adtion there are var\u00adious infeeds, as well as robot-oper\u00adated spray areas to wet the com\u00adpo\u00adnents. Crane and appli\u00adca\u00adtion sys\u00adtems are installed hor\u00adi\u00adzon\u00adtally above the plant, trans\u00adporting the tur\u00adbine com\u00adpo\u00adnents, which weigh up to 500 kilo\u00adgrammes and have up to one and a half metre diam\u00ade\u00adters, from sta\u00adtion to sta\u00adtion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step by step through the crack testing machine at MTU Aero Engines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the first booth, a robot sprays the com\u00adpo\u00adnents with a flu\u00ado\u00adres\u00adcent pen\u00ade\u00adtrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then they are lifted into the dark\u00adened booth on the trans\u00adporter, where an indus\u00adtrial camera system scans the test objects from all sides. In this step, with the help of UV light, the plant oper\u00ada\u00adtors check the com\u00adplete wet\u00adting of the com\u00adpo\u00adnents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the booths that follow there are var\u00adious rinsing, drying and quality eval\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion processes, in which even the finest hair\u00adline cracks are vis\u00adible under UV light.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the end of the test line, the com\u00adpo\u00adnents are pro\u00advided with detailed test doc\u00adu\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion. In detail its task was to safe\u00adguard all infeed and access areas, so that any haz\u00adards for oper\u00adating and main\u00adte\u00adnance employees were excluded. An oper\u00adator has dif\u00adferent tasks and per\u00admis\u00adsions to a machine setter or ser\u00advice per\u00adsonnel. With PIT\u00admode fusion you can com\u00adpletely set up a com\u00adplex, safe per\u00admis\u00adsion man\u00adage\u00adment system. Employees are given their task-based, per\u00adson\u00adalised RFID transponder, con\u00adtaining the appro\u00adpri\u00adately adapted access per\u00admis\u00adsion and machine enable. When an oper\u00adator inserts their key and selects the required oper\u00adating mode, the system com\u00adpares the per\u00admis\u00adsion on the key with the requested oper\u00adating mode. When enabled, the mul\u00adti\u00adcolour LED ring on the PITreader gives the \u201cgreen light\u201d. That way the oper\u00adator can only carry out the tasks they are intended to per\u00adform. Any other access or inter\u00adven\u00adtion is denied and thus manip\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion pro\u00adtec\u00adtion is guar\u00adan\u00adteed.
