In order to \u201cplay it safe\u201d, man\u00adu\u00adfac\u00adturers and oper\u00ada\u00adtors trust in the exper\u00adtise of the 162 employees in the German Sales and Ser\u00advice Com\u00adpany, with its eight sites spread throughout Ger\u00admany. The projects are espe\u00adcially wide-ranging, as cus\u00adtomers come from almost every sector, from small spe\u00adcial-pur\u00adpose machine builders to large OEMs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working together towards a safe Pilz solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adality takes centre stage: for the experts from the Sales and Ser\u00advice Com\u00adpany, tech\u00adnical know-how and sales go hand in hand, to ensure the best solu\u00adtion is found for the cus\u00adtomer, even with the toughest of chal\u00adlenges. The exact solu\u00adtion looks dif\u00adferent from case to case: from a ser\u00advice to a pure Pilz product solu\u00adtion, to a com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion of the two. The trends: Industrial Security and digitisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Even on inter\u00adna\u00adtional projects, employees are \u201cclose at hand\u201d: a trip to Asia is already on the agenda, to check that machinery is com\u00adpliant for the German market. Digi\u00adti\u00adsa\u00adtion means that sub\u00adsidiaries face new issues. Indus\u00adtrial Secu\u00adrity on machinery has been increasing in impor\u00adtance for some years, and feeds into the holis\u00adti\u00adcally con\u00adceived safety con\u00adcepts. Digi\u00adti\u00adsa\u00adtion also changes how we work with cus\u00adtomers: agree\u00adments can be reached more quickly and easily. Even pop\u00adular events such as the nation\u00adwide German \u201cAutoma\u00adtion on tour\u201d series, which brings cur\u00adrent automa\u00adtion issues right to the del\u00ade\u00adgates\u2019 doorstep, are being sup\u00adple\u00admented with dig\u00adital for\u00admats such as Web Com\u00adpact. But ulti\u00admately, nothing replaces close, face-to-face con\u00adtact.
