Web analysis through Matomo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n1. Descrip\u00adtion and extent of data pro\u00adcessing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We use the open source soft\u00adware tool Matomo on our web\u00adsite to analyse the surfing behav\u00adiour of our users. This is an open source web analysis tool. Matomo does not transfer any data to servers out\u00adside of our con\u00adtrol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We do not use cookies when using Matomo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In using Matomo to analyse vis\u00adi\u00adtors to our web\u00adsite, our aim is to fur\u00adther improve our web\u00adsite and adapt it to users\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When calling up our web\u00adsite and its indi\u00advidual pages, Matomo col\u00adlects the fol\u00adlowing data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(1) 2 Bytes of the IP address of the user\u2019s calling system<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(2) The called web\u00adsite<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(3) The web\u00adsite from which the user accessed the called web\u00adsite (referrer)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(4) The sub-pages called up from the called web\u00adsite<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(5) The time spent on the web\u00adsite, but no longer than one ses\u00adsion<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(6) The fre\u00adquency with which the web\u00adsite is called, observed over no more than one ses\u00adsion<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The soft\u00adware runs exclu\u00adsively on our website\u2019s servers. This is the only place where the user\u2019s anonymised per\u00adsonal data is stored. Data is not dis\u00adclosed to third par\u00adties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Legal basis for per\u00adsonal data pro\u00adcessing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The legal basis for pro\u00adcessing the user\u2019s per\u00adsonal data is Art. 6, Para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Pur\u00adpose of data pro\u00adcessing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pro\u00adcessing the user\u2019s anonymised per\u00adsonal data enables us to analyse our users\u2019 surfing behav\u00adiour. By eval\u00adu\u00adating the data col\u00adlected we are able to com\u00adpile infor\u00adma\u00adtion about the use of the indi\u00advidual com\u00adpo\u00adnents of our web\u00adsite. This helps us to con\u00adstantly improve our web\u00adsite and its user friend\u00adli\u00adness. By short\u00adening the IP address, users\u2019 interest in the pro\u00adtec\u00adtion of their per\u00adsonal data is suf\u00adfi\u00adciently taken into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Dura\u00adtion of storage and option to object and remove<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for our recording pur\u00adposes. The gen\u00ader\u00adated aggre\u00adgated sta\u00adtis\u00adtics and under\u00adlying data are not deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Option to object and remove<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We do not use cookies and only use anonymised user data for web analysis. For this reason, the option to object and remove is not nec\u00ades\u00adsary for users of our web\u00adsite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
VIII. Rights of the data subject<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
If your per\u00adsonal data is processed, then you are the data sub\u00adject under the pro\u00advi\u00adsions of the GDPR and you are enti\u00adtled to the fol\u00adlowing rights vis-\u00e0-vis the con\u00adtroller:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Right of access<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can request con\u00adfir\u00adma\u00adtion from the con\u00adtroller as to whether we are pro\u00adcessing per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right to lodge a com\u00adplaint with a super\u00advi\u00adsory authority;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All avail\u00adable infor\u00adma\u00adtion about the origin of the data, if the per\u00adsonal data is not obtained from the data sub\u00adject;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The exis\u00adtence of auto\u00admated deci\u00adsion-making, including pro\u00adfiling, referred to in Art. 22 Par. 1 and 4 of the GDPR and \u2013 at least in those cases \u2013 mean\u00adingful infor\u00adma\u00adtion about the logic involved, as well as the impli\u00adca\u00adtions and intended effects of such pro\u00adce\u00addures for the data sub\u00adject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have the right to request infor\u00adma\u00adtion about whether the per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you is trans\u00adferred to a third country or an inter\u00adna\u00adtional organ\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion. In this con\u00adtext, you can request to be informed of the appro\u00adpriate safe\u00adguards according to Art. 46 of the GDPR in con\u00adnec\u00adtion with such transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Right to rec\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have a right to obtain rec\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion and\/or com\u00adple\u00adtion from the con\u00adtroller, where the processed per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you is incor\u00adrect or incom\u00adplete. The con\u00adtroller shall rec\u00adtify the data without delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Right to restrict pro\u00adcessing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can request that pro\u00adcessing of the per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you be restricted under the fol\u00adlowing con\u00addi\u00adtions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you con\u00adtest the accu\u00adracy of the per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you, for a period enabling the con\u00adtroller to verify the accu\u00adracy of the per\u00adsonal data;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you have objected to pro\u00adcessing pur\u00adsuant to Art. 21 Par. 1 of the GDPR, pending ver\u00adi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion of whether the legit\u00adi\u00admate grounds of the con\u00adtroller over\u00adride yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where pro\u00adcessing of the per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you is restricted, such data shall \u2013 with the excep\u00adtion of storage \u2013 only be processed with your con\u00adsent or for the estab\u00adlish\u00adment, exer\u00adcise or defence of legal claims or for the pro\u00adtec\u00adtion of rights of another nat\u00adural or legal person or for rea\u00adsons of impor\u00adtant public interest of the Union or of a member state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If restric\u00adtion of pro\u00adcessing was obtained in accor\u00addance with the afore\u00admen\u00adtioned con\u00addi\u00adtions, you shall be informed by the con\u00adtroller before the restric\u00adtion is lifted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Right to era\u00adsure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a) Oblig\u00ada\u00adtion to erase<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can make a request to the con\u00adtroller that the per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you be erased without undue delay and the con\u00adtroller shall be obliged to erase this data without undue delay where one of the fol\u00adlowing grounds applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you is no longer nec\u00ades\u00adsary for the pur\u00adposes for which it was col\u00adlected or oth\u00ader\u00adwise processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You with\u00addraw your con\u00adsent on which pro\u00adcessing is based in accor\u00addance with Art. 6, Para. 1, lit. a or Art. 9, Para. 2, lit. a of the GDPR and there are no other legal grounds for pro\u00adcessing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You object to pro\u00adcessing pur\u00adsuant to Art. 21, Para. 1 of the GDPR and there are no other over\u00adriding legit\u00adi\u00admate grounds for pro\u00adcessing or you object to pro\u00adcessing pur\u00adsuant to Art. 21, Para. 2 of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you was processed unlaw\u00adfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you must be erased for com\u00adpli\u00adance with a legal oblig\u00ada\u00adtion in Union or member state law to which the con\u00adtroller is sub\u00adject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you was col\u00adlected in rela\u00adtion to the offer of infor\u00adma\u00adtion society ser\u00advices referred to in Art. 8, Para. 1 of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
b) Infor\u00adma\u00adtion to third par\u00adties<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where the con\u00adtroller has made the per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you public and is obliged to erase the per\u00adsonal data pur\u00adsuant to Art. 17, Par. 1 of the GDPR, taking account of the avail\u00adable tech\u00adnology and the cost of imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion, the con\u00adtroller shall take rea\u00adson\u00adable steps, including tech\u00adnical mea\u00adsures, to inform con\u00adtrollers pro\u00adcessing the per\u00adsonal data that you as the data sub\u00adject have requested the era\u00adsure of any links to, or copy or repli\u00adca\u00adtion of this per\u00adsonal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
c) Excep\u00adtions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The right to era\u00adsure shall not apply where pro\u00adcessing is nec\u00ades\u00adsary<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For exer\u00adcising the right of freedom of expres\u00adsion and infor\u00adma\u00adtion;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For com\u00adpli\u00adance with a legal oblig\u00ada\u00adtion which requires pro\u00adcessing by Union or member state law to which the con\u00adtroller is sub\u00adject or for the per\u00adfor\u00admance of a task car\u00adried out in the public interest or in the exer\u00adcise of offi\u00adcial authority vested in the con\u00adtroller;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For rea\u00adsons of public interest in the area of public health in accor\u00addance with points (h) and (i) of Art. 9 Par. 2 as well as Art. 9 Par. 3 of the GDPR;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For archiving pur\u00adposes in the public interest, sci\u00aden\u00adtific or his\u00adtor\u00adical research pur\u00adposes or sta\u00adtis\u00adtical pur\u00adposes in accor\u00addance with Art. 89 Par. 1 of the GDPR, in so far as the right referred to in para\u00adgraph a) is likely to render impos\u00adsible or seri\u00adously impair the achieve\u00adment of the objec\u00adtives of that pro\u00adcessing, or<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the estab\u00adlish\u00adment, exer\u00adcise or defence of legal claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Right to noti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you have asserted your right to rec\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion, era\u00adsure or restric\u00adtion of pro\u00adcessing from the con\u00adtroller, the con\u00adtroller shall be obliged to inform all the recip\u00adi\u00adents to whom the per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you has been dis\u00adclosed of this rec\u00adti\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion or era\u00adsure of data or restric\u00adtion of pro\u00adcessing, unless this proves impos\u00adsible or involves dis\u00adpro\u00adpor\u00adtionate effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You are enti\u00adtled to receive infor\u00adma\u00adtion about these recip\u00adi\u00adents from the con\u00adtroller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Right to data porta\u00adbility<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have the right to receive the per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you, which you pro\u00advided to the con\u00adtroller, in a struc\u00adtured, com\u00admonly used and machine-read\u00adable format. In exer\u00adcising this right, you fur\u00adther have the right to have the per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you trans\u00admitted directly from one con\u00adtroller to another, where tech\u00adni\u00adcally fea\u00adsible. If the per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you is processed for direct mar\u00adketing pur\u00adposes, you shall have the right at any time to object to pro\u00adcessing of the per\u00adsonal data con\u00adcerning you for the pur\u00adposes of such mar\u00adketing; this shall also apply to pro\u00adfiling to the extent that it is related to such direct mar\u00adketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
